Dollars for Doers

(Employee Volunteer Matching Program)

A "Dollar for Doers" matches volunteer hours instead of cash that an employee provides for a community benefit organization.  For instance, Dell employees who volunteer their time to Rangers Lacrosse, report their hours to  Dell  via the Employee Volunteer Matching program.  In turn, Dell sends Rangers Lacrosse a check.

DFD programs pay based on the hours you donate or dollars their employees worked for the non-profit organization. These contributions are a great source of non-dues revenue for the club and we are super appreciative to Dell for having such a program.  Other companies have DFD programs too.  Please let a board member know if your company has such a program.
